Andre Ramsey

Andre Ramsey joins the organization as Safety Director, supporting Kilcor, KC Painting & Coatings, and KC Industrial. With more than a decade of safety leadership experience, he brings a strong track record across mission-critical construction, data centers, and other complex, high-risk environments.
Prior to joining the team, Andre served as Global HSE Director at CBRE, where he led environmental health and safety strategy across North America, Europe, and Asia. In that role, he partnered closely with executive leadership and project teams to drive consistent, high-level safety performance across large-scale operations.
Andre is known for his people-first approach to safety leadership, emphasizing that strong safety cultures are built on trust, accountability, and empowering teams to ensure everyone goes home safely each day. His philosophy aligns closely with the organization’s values and commitment to its people.
In addition to his professional experience, Andre brings a unique background as a former NFL offensive lineman, where teamwork, discipline, and trust were critical to success. These qualities continue to shape his leadership style and reinforce his commitment to fostering a culture of shared responsibility—especially within an ESOP environment, where every employee plays a role in building long-term success.
