Boyde Barton
Pre-Construction Estimator
With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Boyde Barton brings a unique combination of architectural design, estimating, and leadership experience to Kilcor. He began his career as an architectural designer before transitioning into estimating in 2012, spending 14 years specializing in reinforced concrete and post-tensioning with Gerdau and CMC. Most recently, he served as a Senior Estimator coordinating a Southeast Division team.
Boyde joined Kilcor in 2026 as a Preconstruction Estimator, bringing his technical expertise and a passion for turning design concepts into accurate, buildable projects. He is known for his attention to detail, clear communication, process improvement, and commitment to mentoring others.
Boyde holds a Master of Architecture from the Savannah College of Art & Design, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and was inducted into the Tau Sigma Delta Honor Society. He also served eight years as a U.S. Navy Reserve Civil Engineer Corps officer, including as Officer in Charge of the Atlanta detachment.
Outside of work, Boyde enjoys spending time with his wife of 14 years and their two children, Caleb and Imani. He also enjoys DIY projects, soccer, and basketball. One of his graduate architectural projects, Emory Station, was featured by the New Georgia Encyclopedia as a notable example of student work in Georgia's professional higher education programs.
