Brock Buffington

Brock Buffington is the Vice President of Kilcor and brings more than 20 years of leadership and sales experience in the building materials and coatings industry. He spent two decades with The Sherwin Williams Company, starting as a part time sales associate and advancing through roles of increasing responsibility, including Assistant Store Manager, Store Manager, Sales Representative, Commercial Sales Representative, District Sales Manager, and District City Manager.
Brock has led high performing teams and large scale operations, managing a team of 16 sales representatives across East Tennessee and Virginia with $34 million in annual sales and supporting 28 stores and more than 150 employees in the Pittsburgh district responsible for $100 million in revenue. His leadership style is results driven and people focused, with a strong emphasis on servant leadership, collaboration, and individual growth.
He is a three time Circle of Excellence award recipient, including two President’s Club honors and one Master’s Club recognition, and has earned multiple leadership awards such as back to back District Sales Representative of the Year and four District of the Year honors. Brock is deeply motivated by helping others become the best version of themselves and by building strong, supportive teams.
Outside of work, Brock values time with his family, including Vanna, Roxie, Baker, and Leah. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, working in the yard, and spending time outdoors. His upbringing in a small South Central Mississippi town shaped his work ethic and people first approach, which continue to guide his leadership today.
