Brad Pollock

Brad Pollock is a Division Leader with a strong background in general contracting and operations. After graduating from Auburn University, he began his career in the general contracting industry, where he served as a Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Project Manager. Along the way, Brad gained valuable experience in pre-construction, which has played a key role in building and growing operations at Kilcor.
Brad is motivated to maximize his God given talents while teaching and elevating those around him. He is passionate about developing teams through shared experiences, guiding others to recognize their value, and continuously learning and growing. His focus is on delivering solutions and results by eliminating distractions, strengthening relationships, and providing consistent value to clients.
Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time outdoors, working on the farm, sitting by a fire, and spending time at the lake. He is also an avid supporter of Auburn Athletics and enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with friends.
