Lee Ferguson
Estimator
Lee Ferguson is an Estimator with a strong foundation in welding and fabrication. After completing the Advanced Welding program at Chattahoochee Technical College, he began his career as a TIG welder and fabricator, working extensively with stainless and aluminum using SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW processes, as well as brass, bronze, and copper on custom projects. Over time, Lee advanced into leadership roles, improving production flow, designing fixtures, training team members, and helping projects run smoothly from concept through completion. Today, he brings both shop-floor experience and technical insight to his work, using Autodesk Inventor to model and review designs and provide practical, efficient estimating solutions.
Lee is passionate about building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues, believing that clear communication and trust are key to successful projects. Known for his problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, he enjoys finding efficient solutions and helping create a supportive, high-performing team environment. Outside of work, Lee enjoys hunting, long-range shooting, and spending time outdoors with his family. He’s also a proud dad of four children — all five and under — which keeps him well practiced in teamwork, multitasking, and staying on his toes.
