Lyndsay O'Connor

Lyndsay O’Connor is an Accounts Payable Specialist with a unique background that spans both healthcare and construction accounting. She spent 15 years as a surgical nurse specializing in oral and maxillofacial and facial reconstruction before transitioning into the construction industry, where she has spent the past five years in accounting and financial operations. Lyndsay is driven by accuracy, accountability, and the people behind the numbers, ensuring financial processes are completed correctly and on time.
She specializes in construction accounting with a focus on invoice management, pay when paid processes, and month end and year end close. Lyndsay is known for her attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to create structure and clarity in fast paced environments. She also plays an active role in annual accounting audits, providing documentation, reconciliation, and audit support.
Outside of work, Lyndsay enjoys spending time with her husband, their two puppies, and family and friends. She also enjoys relaxing at home, planning trips and concerts, and is known for starting her Christmas countdown as early as October.
