Nick Orians

Nick Orians is a Superintendent with nearly two decades of experience in commercial construction. He began his career in 2005 with Commerce Construction, where he supported development, project management, and field supervision efforts. In 2008, Nick joined KBD Group as a full time general contracting superintendent, primarily focused on industrial projects with additional experience in retail construction. He later spent over five years with Baker Paint as a trade superintendent across multiple divisions before joining Kilcor in 2023, reuniting with longtime colleagues to focus on field supervision across a wide range of project types.
Nick is driven by seeing projects progress from start to completion and takes pride in helping bring teams together, coordinating building trades, and managing diverse personalities on the jobsite. He holds OSHA 30 Hour and Level 1A NPDES certifications. His notable projects include UPS Atlanta GXO TI, Cowpens SC, the Kilcor Office in Alpharetta, McLemore Golf Resort in Rising Fawn, the Broadwest Hotel in Nashville, Bridgestone ORR Plant in Aiken, Continental Tire Plant in Sumter, and multiple QuikTrip store locations in Commerce, Marietta, and Anderson.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys working in the yard, spending time with his nephews, watching action movies, and helping family and friends.
