Tim Green

Tim Green brings nearly two decades of experience in public service and construction to his role as Senior Estimator at Kilcor. After attending Gwinnett Technical College with the goal of becoming a Firefighter/EMT, Tim joined the Gwinnett County Fire Department in 2006, where he proudly served his community for 10 years. During this time, he also gained valuable industry experience working part-time as an estimator for his family’s commercial painting business, Baker Paint.
In 2017, Tim became Kilcor’s fourth employee and quickly transitioned into a full-time estimator role. He began by focusing on commercial and industrial paint projects before expanding into the general contracting division, where he now specializes in estimating a wide range of construction projects. Tim thrives on the challenge of turning a client’s vision into a clear, accurate cost estimate. Known for his detail-oriented proposals and strong communication skills, he ensures every aspect of a project is thoughtfully considered and executed.
Tim continues to grow professionally, currently participating in ABC of Georgia’s 2025 Future Leaders program and holding his OSHA 30 certification.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Alany, and their daughter, Georgina. A lifelong Atlanta Braves fan, he rarely misses a game—whether cheering from the stands or at home. Music is another passion, and he’s always discovering new bands, attending live shows, and keeping a “soundtrack” for every moment (often singing at his desk!). Tim is also active in his church community, where he values connection, service, and spiritual growth.
