Tim Green

Tim Green is a Senior Estimator with a diverse background in public service and construction. He attended Gwinnett Technical College with the goal of becoming a firefighter and EMT and proudly served with the Gwinnett County Fire Department for 10 years beginning in 2006. During that time, Tim also worked part time as an estimator for his family’s commercial painting company, Baker Paint. In 2017, he joined Kilcor as the company’s fourth employee and transitioned into a full time estimator role. After estimating commercial and industrial paint projects, he moved into the general contracting division, where he now specializes in estimating a wide range of construction projects.
Tim thrives on transforming a client’s vision into clear, accurate, and comprehensive cost estimates. He is known for his organized and detail oriented approach, thorough proposals, and strong communication skills that support effective collaboration across teams. Tim is a graduate of ABC of Georgia’s 2025 Future Leaders program and holds an OSHA 30 certification.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Alany, and their daughter, Georgina. He is a dedicated Atlanta Braves fan, a music enthusiast who enjoys discovering new bands and attending live shows, and an active member of his church. A fun fact about Tim is that he seems to have a soundtrack for every moment and can recall song lyrics at the drop of a hat.
