Will Hamilton

Will Hamilton is a Business Development professional with 11 years of experience in the construction industry. He has progressed through roles as a Superintendent and Project Manager, giving him a strong, practical understanding of how projects are built and executed. This hands on field experience allows Will to effectively connect client goals with construction solutions and guide projects from concept through completion.
Will is driven by building strong relationships and helping turn ideas into successful, real world projects. He is skilled at identifying opportunities, supporting clients through the construction process, and delivering work that meets safety, schedule, and budget expectations. He is OSHA 30 certified and has managed notable projects including the Kilcor Office buildout, as well as office and sitework projects for Pepsi and UPS.
Outside of work, Will enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family at sporting events. He is a proud Ole Miss fan and previously spent five months living in Africa while working for a safari company.
